In this short video, I talk about 2 strategies that help you enjoy buffets.
For us ED sufferers, buffets or any large amounts of food can be quite scary. I happen to rather skip a meal (RED FLAG!) than try to cope with this huge variety of foods on buffets. However, together with my nutritionist, I was able to think of a couple of ways to help me cope with the feeling of being completely overwhelmed. I really hope this helps YOU.

Thank you for sharing this. I almost hate buffets because I get overwhelmed & overeat. Then I feel guilty, which causes me to eat more.

These sound like awesome tips that will help me master buffets & not let them master me!

Lea, I know these feelings so well, which is why I hardly never accepted invitations for buffets. However, I refuse to let these feelings keep me from enjoying time with friends. It is still not easy, but I believe that the more often we try, the better we get at mastering buffets. :)
