Fat is NOT a feeling…

You cannot BE FAT.

Fat is a substance and you can’t ever be a substance!

Whenever you feel fat, ask yourself what you are really feeling in this moment.

Scared? Tired? Frustrated? Jealous? Lonely? Anxious? Depressed? Tired?

What is the root cause of your feeling?

Very true! I also think society has something to do with it too. It’s hard for us to feel good about ourselves when everything is telling us that we need to look like supermodels. Ignoring those messages and thinking we are beautiful is the first step to being healthy mentally and physically :)

YES! Society sends so many toxic messages and it’s super hard not to listen to them and to find your own values and what you really believe in. If I had the power I’d ban all those ridiculously unrealistic pictures, banners and messages. We need to find our beauty deep inside again instead of always looking on the outside.
