In this episode of Fighting Anorexia, I share how I have felt in the last few days and go into 12 ways to get out of a funk.
  1. Take a walk
  2. Take a few days off and travel
  3. Go shopping
  4. Evaluate your emotions: journal, what is bothering you?
  5. Put some make up on and were bright colors
  6. See a funny movie
  7. If you are on meds, evaluate if you might want to change something
  8. Do a random Act of Kindness
  9. Write a list of 10 things you are thankful for. Be specific.
  10. Schedule an appointment with a counselor.
  11. Talk to a good friend who knows how to listen.
  12. Have a good cry.
